Javsin Terms of Service: Your Legal Agreement for Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the javsin.org website ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and javsin International ("we," "us," or "our").

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal right and capacity to enter into this agreement. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Users.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Uploading or transmitting viruses, worms, or any other malicious code.

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by javsin International, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The "javsin" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of javsin International or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall javsin International, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Any content obtained from the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to us in the last six (6) months, or (b) one hundred United States Dollars (USD $100).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; that defects will be corrected; or that the Platform or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the Platform in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion tools within the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Platform.
